32 national team managers evaluate players as they train for the 2010 world cup. The 2010 world cup will be an event watched by millions of fans. The world cup is and can be seen on television, rather than visiting the actual event in South Africa.
I think this article was important because it described how the team managers were taking responsibility in their jobs and carefully evaluating the skills and practices that their players were attending to. I think that is an important task to train and practice before the actual event because it builds greater skills and more confidence to compete in front of millions of people.

Great choice of article. I also think that article is important because those people are working hard to make us watch them and they work hard to get where they are now. Great Article :)

Good article Mallory. And i agree with your opinion that it was important that the team managers were taking responsibility in their jobs and carefully evaluating the skills and practices that their players were doing.
